Our story

From my mom's Lao kitchen.

I have always loved my mom's home-cooked meals. Growing up in a Lao kitchen, her special chili oil was always within reach. It started as the finishing touch on a traditional Lao noodle soup, then slowly took over every dish we cooked.

Friends and family fell in love with it and asked us to start selling it. I want to honor my mother and our culture by sharing her time-tested recipe with the world — and we give back a portion of every order to people in need in Laos.

Questions

Good to know

How hot is it?

A bold, garlicky medium-hot — flavor first, then a clean building heat. Easy to dial up or down by how much you spoon on.

What makes it different from chili crisp?

Ours is a Lao family recipe — garlic-forward and deeply savory, built for rice, noodles, eggs, and grilled meats, not a numbing Sichuan burn.

Do I need to refrigerate it?

Keep it cool and dark, use a clean dry spoon. Best within a few months of opening.
