Small-batch, from my mom’s Lao kitchen — and a mission to give back.
I have always loved my mom’s home-cooked meals. Growing up in a Lao kitchen, her special chili oil was always within reach. It was originally made to go with a traditional Lao noodle soup, but as we got older, we put it on so many dishes.
Fast forward to today: our friends and family fell in love with the chili oil and began asking us to start selling it. So we did — and every batch still follows her recipe.
I want to honor my amazing mother and our culture by sharing her time-tested recipe with the rest of the world.
