Fast, foolproof ways to cook with Tiger Mom Lao Hot Chili Oil and Crushed Chili Flakes. A little goes a long way.

Lao Chili Oil Garlic Noodles · 15 min

You need

8 oz noodles · 2 tbsp Lao Hot Chili Oil · 2 tsp soy · 1 tsp sugar · splash of pasta water · scallions

How

Toss hot noodles with chili oil, soy, sugar, and a splash of cooking water until glossy. Top with scallions and an extra drizzle.

Chili Oil Fried Egg & Rice · 10 min

You need

Hot steamed rice · 1–2 eggs, fried crispy · 1 tbsp Lao Hot Chili Oil

How

Lay the egg over rice, spoon chili oil on top, break the yolk, and go. The first bite that started it all.

Dumpling Dipping Sauce · 5 min

You need

2 tbsp Lao Hot Chili Oil · 1 tbsp black vinegar · 1 tsp soy sauce

How

Stir together. Dip dumplings, potstickers, anything. Thank us later.

Grilled Meats with Chili Oil · cookout

Brush Lao Hot Chili Oil over grilled chicken, pork, steak, or vegetables in the last minute of cooking, then spoon more over the top before serving. Smoky char plus garlicky heat.
